Faculty and staff are encouraged to invite friends and family to participate in the IPE Boot Camp in the Stroke Center on April 10 and 11.  OT is looking to recruit 30 community members to participate in this fall prevention event.  Registration is required.    

Fall Prevention Event
Are you someone who had one or more falls in the past year? Do you feel unsteady or afraid of falling during everyday activities? You are invited to come learn about
your risk for falls - care partners welcome.

Description
Fall screening and prevention planning by a team of healthcare students and their faculty.
Lunch provided, free parking.

Requirements

• 3.5 hours of in-person participation in the assessment and training program
• Signed agreement to participate and release form
