Cookbook Collection:

Cookbooks, recipe leaflets, and menus are some of the culinary delights you will find among the Special Collections culinary treats. The Cookbook Collection features some of the oldest books held by the Blagg Huey Library. The collection started with a lush donation from Dallas Morning News Food Editor, Julie Benell. Today, the collection features home economics texts, home demonstration manuals, etiquette guides, foodographies, and community cookbooks.
