A sampling plan is a detailed outline of which measurements will be taken at what times, on which material, in what manner, and by whom. Sampling plan decisions determine the validity and relevance of results. Choosing the right plan can ensure results are as meaningful as possible. On the other hand, a weak sampling plan can make results essentially meaningless. Power analysis can assist in ensuring the appropriate size sample is utilized, in order to ensure chosen analyses will be able to yield statistical significance. These topics will be covered in this webinar.
